Having hypothyroidism comes with vitamin deficiencies. My b12 was low and that was despite already taking a supplement. I tried a liquid b12 believing it would absorb better but my levels remained low. I have been taking these for some time and this year my bloods show levels at the high end of normal. So I would recommend trying these if you have low b12 levels.
My sleep pattern had become erratic, and I was waking up a few times each night.
Taking Ashwagandha has quickly changed this. I'm still struggling to get to sleep (hopefully this will improve too), but once asleep I don't wake up until the alarm goes off now.

Easy to swallow tablets and quick delivery too, well priced, not sure if they are doing me me any good as have had a chest infection and only taken for a few weeks but will continue with them and see what happens.

Bought this as I suffer from inflammation and soreness in fingers and knees.
Started with arthritis in ball of right foot. Pain would wake me during the night and have to get up to take ibuprofen.
A week after taking these, no pain in joints not touched any painkillers in weeks.
