Welcome Bundle

Can I take all these together on a morning? As I've been taking them for about 6 days now and I'm constantly got stomach cramps and I'm wondering if it's because I'm not agreeing with them or if I shouldn't be having them all together

Takes a few weeks to kick in but I definitely feel the benefit. The Lions Mane really helps me relax and only take one
I don't take the ashwaganda as it upset my stomach a big.

Never used Nutrition Geeks before, but knew people who have & decided to give it a go. There were so many supplements to choose from, as well as bundles for specific areas of health & wellbeing, that I didn’t know what to go with. Eventually decided on the Welcome Bundle & am so glad I did! It’s the perfect introduction to the brand & with generous pack contents as well. I had been using various other brands & had previously paid for 3 courses of B12 injections that did absolutely nothing for me. I’m a few days short of my first month on the contents of my Welcome Bundle, & I am feeling energised & motivated for the first time in a very long time - & as someone living with an underactive thyroid for the last 25 yrs & absolutely NO energy for all of that time, I am definitely impressed! And the beauty of this bundle…I don’t even need anything else, as it has everything I need - & some supplements I didn’t even know I needed. As an added bonus my daughter bought me a pack of Collagen as a surprise & I have started using this as well, but I’m only a fortnight in with it so far.

Been taking them for a month with my usual diet and work pattern. I feel better throughout the day and more energetic. Ive started working out and getting my fitness back without feeling more drained. These seem to be aiding my body with all its energy and recovery. Will take throughout the year and see how it goes. I have some at the hotel and some at work to take at different intervals, pairing some for added benefits. So far, so good

The pack looks great but I'm a little disappointed that it didn't come with some kind of guidance on which supplement to start with one so I just start taking all of them together or different times of the day or what??? The package tells you nothing other than take with water!!! So now I need to do my own research on when to take what. I think if selling as a "menopause" support pack then instructions or guidance should come with it!!!!

Was sceptical at first if I would notice a difference. But it has been a game changer for me I have ADHD and sleep issues. Since taking the supplements I sleep well and have a quiet mind and more focus and better memory. My skin and nails are in good condition with collagen and biotin. I got the collagen as a separate order. These supplements really work for me.

A really good variety of supplements for optimal support and at a very affordable price! I was very surprised when I looked at the ingredients list as at this price I expected there to be mostly bulking agents but it happened to be the opposite! Very clean ingredients. Nutrition geeks offer a really good quality supplements and they're worth every penny.

Excellent delivery time. Have been taking for a couple of weeks and some differences noted. I ordered the welcome pack but have since realised that some should be taken at night rather than daytime so making some adjustments. I was feeling super sleepy during day so realised thats likely the MG so am now taking before bed. Has anyone noted and headaches and bit queasey. Which supplement from the welcome pack could that be attributed to? Any advice on whether to stop taking or carry on? Advice welcome.

I've been taking this bundle for about 6 months now. The main improvements I've seen is most of my aches and pains from previour rugby injuries have been reduced considerably. My nails have never grown so long and strong. I have more energy. Better focus. And my sleep quality has been much better. I'd definitely recommend.

I feel such a positive impact has been made on me physically mentally & emotionally I feel really balanced out I'm definitely keeping these supplements going.
