Didn’t want to review all the items I am taking so picked a random one, I started with the Magnesium which I think was the first supplement that I have taken where I noticed a difference. Since then I have included 7 more which I take regularly and will continue which is a first as I normally just forget .

Great but the capsules have all stuck together

Great but the capsules have all stuck together and difficult to separate without breaking them. I’m sure it’s the hot weather but didn’t think I should put them in the fridge. Without aircon, it’s difficult to find a cool place.

Love NG BUT this is not for me.

I will start by saying I love so many of the supplements I’ve bought from Nutrition Geeks and continue to take. However, I had awful fishy reflux all day after taking them, so I tried freezing them. I also took them with a meal and still had the same issue. After reading about omega 3 online it was said that capsules can easily go rancid. Mine have been kept in a cold dry place and I took them within days of receiving them. I have since cut one of the capsules open, they tasted metallic almost. Not sure that is a good sign. It’s a no from me, I had to throw them away.
