Redeem Your Gift Card - At checkout, find the "Gift Card or Discount Code" box. Enter your unique code and click “Apply" and complete Your Purchase

If the gift card covers your total, simply click “Complete Order.” If your total exceeds the gift card balance, pay the difference with your preferred payment method.

Gift card balances can be used across multiple orders until fully spent.

Validity Period - Nutrition Geeks gift cards are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. Unused balances will expire after this period.

Redemption - Gift cards can be used exclusively on the Nutrition Geeks website to purchase any available products and can be used to cover other order costs including taxes (i.e. VAT) and shipping fees should they apply (there are no shipping costs to the UK).

Non-Refundable - Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other payment methods, except as required by law.

Partial Usage - Gift card balances can be used across multiple transactions until the full value is spent. Any remaining balance will stay available until the card expires.

Combining Discounts - Gift cards can be used alongside discount codes during checkout for added savings. Discounts can not be used to purchase gift cards.

Lost or Stolen Cards - Nutrition Geeks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards. Treat your code like cash and keep it secure.

Resale Prohibited - Gift cards cannot be resold or transferred without prior authorization from Nutrition Geeks.

Changes to Terms - Nutrition Geeks reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, provided changes do not impact already purchased cards.
