For best results take 1 tablet daily on an empty stomach with water. If you experience any stomach discomfort, consider taking with water, during or shortly after a main meal.

Iron Energy+ contains vitamin C to help to aid with absorbtion. However you should avoid taking Iron Energy+ with milk, as this will inhibit iron absorbtion.

Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin and can be difficult for the body to absorb efficiently. The absorption rate is about 50% for the first 2 mcg, but it decreases significantly with higher doses:

- At 1000 mcg, approximately 13 mcg is absorbed (1.3%).
