I feel a lot sharper my skin is looking better less pain in my knees. They’re so easy to swallow I don’t get that bad after taste like before with other brands. And most interestingly of all my seamen is a lot thicker too which I hear is a good thing. I can guarantee you will get what I’m saying but is there any harm in trying

I Always buy the bundles as they are worth the price for my health.
However, I ordered the PICOLINATE -1 and the moment I had this I started to vomit so, I'm a bit confused and concerned as this has never happened with and of my vitamin's and not sure what to do either as there is no information regarding this on the pack.
The Glycinate and Vitamin D3 are easy to take. However, no matter how I take the Zinc, it makes me really nauseous. I have tried taking it before and after food with recommended time lapses and I've taken it with food, but still get really nauseous. No issue when I don't take it.

Goid product quick delivery
I bought the T-support stack in Feb 2026 along with the Immunity stack and saw only a little difference. You hair and nails benefit from the zinc, your sleep improves with the magnesium but i don't feel any of the other claimed benefits, drive, performance, mood etc. Only take the zinc with food unless you want to feel sick.
Just buy the magnesium on its own and take 3 you will sleep well

Quick delivery and excellent quality
Partly disappointing - I didn't order the bundle as such but I do take all three and have been taking them for over a year now. Why disappointing? My thyroid level (TSH) is extremely low at 0.16 and had been on a downward trend before taking these whilst the FT4 is too high at 23.1
On the plus side, vitamin D level is near optimal as is the zinc level.
Good bundle at decent price. Seems to be improving a number of elements of my daily life.
Great value for money
I am throwing up every time I take this bundle and the biotin along with it what am I doing wrong. I’m taking them on an empty stomach in the morning and throwing up every time. I’ve also thrown up taking them on after food when should they be taken Is it because I’ve taken them together

Within 15 minutes of taking this I needed to be sick. Not sure if this is a common side effect or just me?
I bought from them magnesium vitamin D and zinc and from my first day of usage i fellt big defiance compared to other products and brands they made the best combination beteen quality and competitive price and quantity

Why mix the different types of magnesium? Some aid rest and digestion, whilst others promote energy and stimulation. This product actively keeps me awake. Not what it promotes.
Just started taking these three supplements and within 30 mins of taking i have started to feel nauseas. Should the supplements be taken with food pkease?
