I really don't no as of yet i have been taking them everyday but I've just found out I have ADHD struggled all my life with seriously low energy levels and now I'm going through the menopause it's hit me like a railway train I think maybe I might need other supplements for my energy levels to do you have other things that may help me

Bought these to perk myself up and wanted to purchase from a reliable source. I bought the 6 month meno package and it has everything in that I need. Absolute bargain instead of paying for them all separately. I also received a friendly email to explain how and when to take the pills which I greatly appreciated as it told me what all they were for and what ones work well together etc. Excellent packaging which is all recyclable and easy to store. I’d definitely recommend this complete package as so far so good 😊

This review is about the service rather than the products themselves. The thing about the menopause bundle is that they advise on Facebook that you don’t take all the supplements on day one. These are products that your body has to acclimatise to. Given that I feel Nutrition Geeks should add in a little leaflet to advise on the order and when to add them in.

After eventually receiving these, I tried 2 at night for 2 weeks, one in the morning and one at night, neither made any difference whatsoever, pity I couldn't get my money back....Don't waste your money on these!!

Only minus point I found was having some more supplements, such as Shilajit and so on.

Absolutely love these vitamins, I suffer with Crohns and these have really helped with that as well. I'm still getting the hot flushes, but not as bad, but my sleep has really improved. Will definitly keep on taking these. And they are so much cheaper than other Meno products that I've tried and have not worked.
