Only been taking these for a couple of weeks and have already seen good results with my sleep pattern. Hope it continues.
Since taking these capsules I have a really good night's sleep, they are so good .
For a while I’d been having nightly and very painful leg cramps. I’m not very mobile at the moment due to recovering from a leg operation and so I’m working from home too in a desk job for the NHS. Due to lack of sleep I was extremely exhausted during the day. I decided to try the sleep bundle as I had nothing to lose. Three weeks later the leg cramps are no more and I’m sleeping really well. For anyone interested, I’d say they took about two weeks to kick in, but most definitely work. Well worth trying and I’ll be repurchasing 😊 Oh and the customer service was second to none. I’d just ordered the Manesium and then browsed the website and found the sleep bundle. They quickly changed the order for me on the Saturday and they arrived on the Monday 😂

Back to the products. As a menopausal woman I've done a lot of homework on which vitamins help where HRT has failed. These particular supplements have vastly improved my brain fog, forgetfulness and joint aches and pains. I'm by no means saying they get rid of all symptoms, but I'd say I'm now functioning at 80% rather than the 10% I was before I started these vitamins. So I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough
Was unsure if this would help with sleeping pattern , I must say I am amazed after 1st week my eye are closed 10 mins after going to bed . Would highly recommend if you have trouble sleeping .

Too early to feel the full nutritional impact. It's a doddle to take. The packaging is really informative too. Easy to read instead of the usual microscopic fonts.

I’ve been taking the starter pack nearly 3 weeks now, I have fibromyalgia, m.e and lymphademia and I can honestly say I’ve never felt as well as I do now, the pain and stiffness has lessoned, I have more energy , my skin looks great , I’m sleeping well.
