I used to wake up most nights for 1-2 hours in the night with a busy mind, but since taking these I either don’t wake up, or get back to sleep within what feels like 5-10 mins. I’m not sure what I was to expect from Lions Mane but I can tell you this, It is the opposite of a sleeping pill. I am wide awake all day and at times a little manic. It really is an end to lethargy. I’m still not the sharpest tool in the box but now I am more inclined to give reasonable thought to things I’d otherwise ignore. Very much a pick me up. Outstanding find.
