not used yet but I have had before
Absolutely brilliant product. After coming of nights back onto days i was constantly struggling to sleep. Some days going to work on no sleep and having Red Bull to stay awake.
My son in law recommended these as he is a paramedic and they swear by them.
Best thing ever. I get a good nights sleep now. I do wake up in the night but go back to sleep easily.

Still early days so.not sure whether there working but did find out my husband who i brought the bundle for could nit take the Ashwagno do to it clashing with his medication. Best to consult a g.p befor buying if on medications.

I noticed the difference in getting off to sleep if I don't take my tablets. Even after taking them, I don't sleep properly through the night but they certainly help me fall asleep without the constant thoughts going round in my head.
Not sure if the turmeric actually works for my joints. I have had stiffness and aching for a while now and have not noticed any improvement.
I will continue to take the sleep bundle because I think / hope it works!!
