I've been taking this collagen and biotin for nearly 6 months. My joints feel gr8. My hair and nails are strong too. But more importantly for me. I had a really bad fall recently. Fracturing my nose and a cheekbone. My bruising was almost gone in a fortnight (unfortunately the fractures will take a while longer), but at least I could go out and not be visibly injured. Just amazing stuff!!
I find they have a positive effect on my sleep pattern. I Have also struggled with cramp since I was a child and they are a good alternative to prescribed medication

Switched from a major brand collagen I used for years to try Glow Up (didn’t think I would notice a difference); but I can (my nails grow like weeds and they’re as hard as rock and length retention is longer).

I've been taking glowup for just over 3 weeks and can really feel a difference in my skin. The results are even better because I had to step up from 1 spoonful as 2 didn't agree with me. I'm now at 1.5 spoons so am looking forward to even better results. I take it in my coffee and I can't taste it at all.
