Sleep Bundle

Excellent product and does exactly what it says on the tin. Worked wonders for me.

I've been struggling with insomnia for about 7 years, and I've tried everything. Ear plugs, eye masks, white noise, weighted blankets, separate beds from my husband, a new bed, blackout curtains, permanently giving up caffeine, various supplements, vitamin D, sleeping pills from the GP... there's more - I could go on, but I won't. Needless to say, my sleep was terrible almost every night and my quality of life and mood was low most days because of it.

This sleep bundle arrived two weeks ago and from the first night I slept so well. My general mood has improved during the day and I look forward to going to bed now instead of dreading it. Even on the nights when I get a little less sleep than normal (toddler wake ups), I'm calmer about it and still feel rested in the morning. I wish I had found this sleep bundle years ago. I'll recommend this to everyone I know, and I'm now a customer for life. (If there's a bulk discount, I'm in!).

I bought the sleep bundle as I have been struggling to sleep due to the menopause. I am so happy to say that I have had great results with this combination. I was waking every hour and half all through the night whereas now only waking maybe once. Cannot that Nutrition Geeks enough, it has transformed my sleep xx
